What is a Coach?

We probably all had an experience with a coach sometime in our life. Think about in your youth, did you have a coach for a team, sport, or musical interest?  Or now as an adult, have you ever had an exercise instructor, been on a weight program, or had a work mentor?  These are all coaches of some sort, they work with you to push you to be more than what you are able to do on your own.

As your life transition coach, we partner with you so that you are not alone. We help you find what truly fulfills you, what is your ‘true self’, and what is stopping you from moving forward.  We help you breakthrough these barriers so that you will be happier and find completeness in the journey of life!

There is no path or answer to life. Everyone has strengths, weaknesses, and different motivations. Our coaching method is to partner with you, help you find your motivations, break down barriers to your growth, and support you in your growth. There is no single answer or secret to happiness, there is only the answer that works for you to find the path that you will take for your life.

STEPS TO FINDING YOUR PATH

Because no one follows the same path, as your partner, you will receive a customized program that meets your needs!

Getting Back on Your Path

(recommended if you are happy with your path and are looking for a jump start to motivate you to be better)

  • Weekly 50-minute sessions for 3 months
  • Bi-Weekly 50-minute sessions for 6 months
  • Potential Coaching Topics: Reconnecting with Your True Self; Finding the sources of your Happiness; Identifying & Breaking through Limiting Beliefs & Assumptions; Goal Planning; Identifying Your Motivations to keep you on your Path; and Finding Your Key to Maintaining Your Path!

Discovering Your Future Path

(recommended if you find yourself in unfamiliar territory, looking
to make a life transition, or have experienced a traumatic event)

  • Weekly or Bi-Weekly 50-minute sessions for 6 months
  • Potential Coaching Topics: Designing the NEW YOU (whether it be in your career, life, job, relationships, or all of these areas); Identifying Your True Self; Discovering Your Source(s) of Happiness; Overcoming Limiting Beliefs, Assumptions, & Fears; Breaking down unhealthy habits and behaviors; Life Goal Setting & Actions Steps Towards these Goals; Identifying Your Motivations; and Finding Tools to Support You on Your New Journey!

Maintaining a Healthy Path

(recommended if you are currently in the middle of a divorce or parent custody case within the court system and need emotional support to reduce the amount of stress these types of court cases put on the individuals involved)

  • Weekly or Bi-Weekly 50-minute sessions for 12 months
  • Potential Coaching Topics: Emotional Support & Sounding Board to Support Your Emotional Well-being so that you may work more effectively with your legal support team; Option/Choice Grids to support you in making the best choice for you when having to make decisions on legal strategy; Identifying Your True Self; Support to Maintain Your Core Personal Values; Discovering Your Source(s) of Happiness; Overcoming Limiting Beliefs, Assumptions, & Fears; Breaking down unhealthy communication & behavior patterns with your past partner; Life Goal Setting & Actions Steps Towards these Goals; Identifying Your Motivations; and Finding the Key to Maintaining Your Health & Happiness!
